1. Service Quotes & Measurement Visits

All on-site measurements, visual sample evaluations, and budget estimations provided by our local coordinators are 100% free of cost and carry zero contract obligations. Quotes are calculated dynamically based on total square footage, selected materials core grade, spacing layout, and vertical installation difficulties.

2. Payment Policy

We maintain a zero-advance policy for domestic residential installations. Homeowners are required to make 100% full payment only after the safety nets, invisible grills, or ceiling hangers are fully installed, tested, and verified to their absolute satisfaction. Payments can be settled via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Bank transfers, or Cash directly to our coordinator Veer.

3. Warranty & Disclaimers

We issue comprehensive warranties on installations:

• Safety Nets: Up to 5 Years against degradation, sun damage, and material sagging under normal usage.
• Invisible Grills: Up to 5 Years / Lifetime warranties against core cable oxidation or structural guide track cracking.

Warranties do not cover deliberate physical slicing using blades/cutters, fire damages, or catastrophic building structural failures.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bujjamma Safety Nets, nor its manager Veer, be held liable for any secondary physical damages or personal incidents occurring due to intentional mishandling, unauthorized modifications, or exceeding specified physical safety weight limits of the structures.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional local courts.
